Self Explanatory really

Yes you know when you have achieved because,

1) You feel on a natural 'High'
2) You have earned some respect from your peers
3) You are handed a certificate to state clearly what you have achieved


and lastly


4) You get the T-shirt to say what you have done for all to see whilst wearing it


and above shows I have achieved 1 - 4 quite well I think

onwards and in the case of Abseiling, downwards......
