Birthday and 1 whole year not smoking

Achieve the impossible if not go for the realistic.....

Yesterday was my Birthday and it was a great family filled day of fun and good food, punctuated with various surprises and yes I enjoyed every single second of it

Today though is exactly one year on from quitting smoking and I feel great about the whole thing, this has to be my one achievement that took the most to achieve

Today though I feel that feeling of climbing that mountain and now pausing to take in the view

and again it is great

other news which matters to me personally, new hobbit movies are to be made

I am over joyed being as I am such a Tolkien fan, bring on the Christmas, then bring on the new year, it promises to be a great one
